Crazy Rain Storms Affecting Muncy, PA

This commercial property located in Muncy, PA called because there were some heavy downpour rains, and a lot of water had come through under their front doors and soaked their carpeting. As you can see in the before picture there was so much water that it actually created a large puddle on the carpet!
